Preserved Bruschetta

While at the Indiana Pinners Conference, I shared that this preserved bruschetta recipe is one of our family favorites. I love to top toast crackers and fresh sliced mozzarella with this lovely bruschetta. I make the bruschetta with our grape or cherry tomatoes from our garden. That way we have garden goodness all year long.
